Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents are Russian and a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. Mahendru is fluent of German Russian and English and also speaks French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru, born in India, to her Russian father as well as an Indian mother, is fluent of both Indian and Russian. She choreographed her 11 year old performance which resulted in an appearance on German television appearance as the Russian Snow Maiden. She transforms into a jovial Indian dancer. She graduated from high school and was awarded a bachelor's degree from the Department of English at the University of New York. While in New York, she was studying acting in the HB studio. Then she enrolled at the Groundlings School and took up various projects. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and an Russian mom Olga. Her father moved her to East Meadow, New York at the age of thirteen year old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was her best-known role. The actress was a regular character in The Following on Fox, The Following, and NBC's The Blacklist.
