Alana De La Garza was born in 1976 to her Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother. Her role has been popular actress on TV. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was featured in 85 episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her role in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was awarded an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding Performances in a Dramatic Television Series. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring character. She played Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC following only two episodes. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven, after her child's sitter took her to an audition. Four of the four girls chosen out of over 1,000 potential candidates were Milano.
